On Thursday Masey and I went grocery shopping for Oma and Papa's visit. The picture shows why it took over an hour to pick up a few things. Oma and Papa arrived at 11ish on Friday (Feb 22) and are going to head home tomorrow, Sunday.
On Friday we spent the day playing, playing, and then did a little more playing. Saturday was Mardi Gras in Burlington, so we went to a BIG parade. There was great music, lots of floats....and of course, beads, chocolate, and moonpies to catch! Masey also "caught" a Ben and Jerry's magnet that was thrown from the B&J's float. (Papa actually picked it up off the ground when nobody caught it) Masey really enjoyed the parade but it was cold(30 degrees) and she got very cold towards the end. We headed out a little early, eating chocolate and wearing beads!
