FREE THE TADPOLES
Yesterday, Thursday, Masey and I went down to our special little beach to free our tadpoles. Our friend had given us a bunch of tadpoles to watch grow into frogs. We were keeping them in a fishbowl but we decided, after a couple of deaths, that they didn't like it. So, we brought them and released them into the lake. Masey is testing the water...Brrrrrrrr! Yesterday morning it was warm and then got cloudy and cool, only to warm up again in the evening. Today it's rainy, cool, and dark. Masey and I just checked the weather and it looks like the weather is going to be like this for the next handful of days. BLAH! Well, it's better than snow:)

It has been chilly lately. But I have been pleased that is has been rainy as we are still watering the dirt nightly to grow grass. Just today I actually could see little grasses coming up through the hay!
It is supposed to get HOT this weekend, so have fun at the beach!
Masey we are so glad that you released your tadpoles. We are sure that they are to happy to go back into BIG water. It is supposed to be in the 90s over the weekend so maybe you and Mommy can spend some time down at the lake. You are so lucky to have a beach so close by. We love and miss you Moonbeam. (Mommy too)
Masey you are the most adorable little girl...love the hat at the beach. It reminds me of your Uncle Nate, who wears his winter hat year round. Your tadpoles will grow into big frogs if they have their natural home; I'm glad you released them. Have a great weekend. I love you higher than the highest star! Baboo
