Playing In The Snow

TA-DA! Well, our snowman isn't very big but has a lot of character with his little orange carrot nose and mohawk!

As you can see, warm weather and rain quickly melted the snow. It also made the little bit of snow that was left "packable". So, Masey and I went out to build our first snowman of the year.

Masey and Cassidy are playing horse in the tree that Papa cut down last month. They are not going to be happy when he cuts it up into firewood.

The weekend before Christmas it snowed and left a good amount of fluff on the ground. All together, there was about a foot of snow blanketing the yard. Masey and Cassidy enjoyed playing in it...making angels, trying to build forts, and sledding. The kind of snow was not "snowman building snow" or "snowball fight" snow. Too bad....
