I showed Masey how her Uncle Hooper used to make acorn pipes for me when we were little. Here she is with the acorn pipe I made for her....the acorn cap fell off!
The first night that we were there Chris took us on a hike. We stopped before reaching our destination, due to Masey feeling sick. Since it was so chilly and windy, we decided to hike the trails around the pull off. Masey was very into the hike and being in the woods. Chris took some great pictures of her, as you will see.
Masey and I went on an adventure to Asheville, North Carolina. We stayed with an "old" friend for the weekend and took as much in with the rainy weather that we could in 4 days! We had a great time and it was wonderful reconnecting with Chris.
